and acquainted with the abovementd Resolutions of this Court
& being asked if they were willing to accepted the Sum of 205 in additionthought making the £4100 the purchase
to the sum already agreed upon (so as to make the whole purchase money £4100 Guineas)
Money Guineas would be acceptedas a compensation for the risk
of damaging the Spring they answered in the negative but offered
to accept £300 in beir of the Indemnity proposed by the said
Masters Report & being withdrawn

It was Moved That this Court do offer £250
in beir of entering into the Indemnity mentd in the Masters Report
which Motion being seconded was carried
in the affirmative

The said Messrs.. Bentley & Tilbury being again
called in, The Chairman (by the direction of the Court) informed
them that the Court would give £250, in Conson of the Vendors
taking upon themselves the risk of any, damage which might
happen to the said SpringConsequence of orby [..] or by any other acts done in the [..] which Terms they agreed to accept
And it having been suggested to the Court that
there was a Tenant in the possion of part the premes who having
had no Notice to quit would expect a Consideration from the
Court for the giving up the immediate possion of the premes

It was Moved by Mr. Jodd [..] ll that
until actual posson of the whole of the Ground Buildings and premes can be [..] delivered to this Majtys
Justices that this Business should not be further proceeded in
nor the Money paid & which being seconded was
Agreed to
And Messrs Bentley & Tilbury having agreed
to waite upon the Tenant & to [..] be informed"whether he was
willing to give up the posson of the premes to the Magistrates
when required" & to return an answer to the Court, returned &
informed the Court that the Tenant was ready to give up the posson of
whatever part of the Premes was wanted when required

Mr Stirling having informed the Court
that he had received the Keys of the Tap House at the Nevy
