the Indemnity pointed out by the Masters Report, & therefore had
recommended it to Messrs Lloyd & Bentley to reconsider the said
matter & to state any proposal they thought proper to the Court

Wm Mainwaring< no role > Esq the Chairman informed the Court
that he had been waited on by the Agents for the said Parties but
that they had no Proposal to make on this Subject, but requested
that the Business might proceed in the way proposed by the said
Masters Report

Resolved That the Chairman be requested to treat
with the said Several parties on this subject & that he report
to the next Sessions what he shall have done thereon

Resolved That the Several Boards and other Things put Things affordup
in the Court by the direction of Mr Moore be taken down They
not being thot. [..] to answer the purpose of preventing the Echo therein as intended
being an& that Mr Moore have the thanks of the Court
for his trouble and good Intentions on this Occasion & that the Clerk of the Peace
do write to him to request that they may be removed & to desire
an account of the Expences which has been incurred by him
in order to their being discharged forthwith

Resolved That on all adjourned County Days
Notice be sent by the Clerk of the peace to the Several Magistrates of such adjournment

Mr Stirling having informed the Court That
he had in May last paid the sum of £150 to Messrs. Barwell on
Account of their Bill of Fees Etc in Passing the Act of Parliamt
for the Erecting the New intended House of Correction for this County

Ordered that Mr. Sterling by repaid the same &that the said Mr Sterling be Leased
to being in his Bill for Solliciting the said Bill Etc and
that
the Clerk of the Peace do issue an order [..] on the Treasurer of this County
for the said Sum of £150 (paid byon Account of the said Bill payable to
the said Mr. Stirling,) out of the County Rate to be replaced out of
the Fund when raised for Building the New intended House
of Correction for this County and that this Mr. Stirling [..]
in his Bill for Sollicitory the sd Bill in Parliamt.
