Beit Remembered that at the General Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the Session House for the said
County on Monday the Eleventh day of December in the Twenty Seventh You of
the Regin of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc Before
William Mainwaring< no role > , David Walker< no role > , William Blackborow< no role > , Thomas Cogan< no role > Esquire
and others their fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to Keep the Peace in the
County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers felonies Trespasses and other
Misdemeanors Committed in the same County By the Oath of Richard Whitishead< no role >
here insert Grand Jurors Names

good and lawful Men oneof the County of Middlesex then and there Sworn and Charged
to Inquire for our Sovereign Lord the King for the body of the said County It is Present
in Manner and form following that is to say "Middlesex The Jurors for an
Lord the King upon their Oath Present that Bryan Gunning< no role > late Etc

Wherefore the Sheriff of the said County of Middlesex is Commanded that he do not
Omit by reason of any Liberty in his Bailwick but tha he Cause the said Bryan Gunning
to come before the Justices of our said Lord the King assigned in form aforesaid at the next
General quarter Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County to answer to our
said Lord the King touching and concerning the Premises in the said Indictment above
specified at which said next Session to unit The General quarter Session of the
Peace of our Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the Session
House for the said County on Monday in the week next after the feast of the Epip [..]
to unit the Eighth day of January in the Twenty Seventh Year of the Regin of our
Sovereign Thomas Cogan< no role > , Nathaniel Conant< no role > William Bleamire< no role > Esquires
and others their fellows Justices of our said Low the King assigned to Keep the Pence
in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers felonies Trespasses
and other Misdemeanors committed in the same County cometh the said Presan
Gunning in our his proper person and having heard the said Indictment Read saith that
