he is Not Guilty thereof and of this he putteth himself upon the County Etc and
Henry Collingwood Selby< no role > Esquire Clerk of the peace for the said County who prosecuted the
for our said Lord the King in this behalf doth the like Therefore the sheriff of
the said County of Middlesex is commanded that he do not Omit by reason of any
Liberty within his Bailiwick but that he cause to come before the Justice of our said
Lord the King assigned in form aforesaid at the next General session of the Peace to be
holden for the said County Twelve good and lawful Men of the Might [..]
Ann within the liberty of Westminster in the said County each of whom hath
Ten Pounds by the Year at Cast of Lands Tenements a Rents by whom the
Truth of the Matter may be better Known and inquired into and who are of no affinity to the said
Bryan Gunning to recognize upon their Oath whether the said Bryan Gunning
be Guilty of the Premises in the Indictment aforesaid above specified a not because
as well the said Henry Collingwood Selby Esquire who prosecutes for our said Lord
the King in this behalf as the said Bryan Gunning< no role > have put themselves upon
that Jury at which said next General Session of the Peace to unit The General
Session of the Peace of our Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex
at the Session House for the said County on Monday the Nineteenth day of February
in the Twenty Seventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third King

the King assigned to Keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and
determine divers felonies Trespasses and then Misdeamanours committes on the same
County Come as well the said Henry Collingwood Selby< no role > Esquire who prosecuteth for our
said Lord the King in this behalf as the said Bryan Gunning< no role > [..]
and the Jurors of the said Jury by Paul Le Mesurier< no role > Esqr and Charles Higgins< no role >
Esqr. Sheriff of the County aforesaid for this purpose Impanelled and Returned to unit

being called come who being chosen Field and Sworn to speak the Truth of and upon the
Premises in the Indictment aforesaid above specified Do say upon their Oath that the said
