a House of Correction within the said County and that
a proposal to that effect be prepared, and that it be referred
to theappointedCommittee appointed to raise the said Money to carry the
same into Execution which being Seconded was carried in
the affirmative

The following Report from the Committee
appointed to examine & adjust from time to time the
Account or Accounts of the Treasurer of this County as
well with respect to his Receipts as his Expenditures &
also to examine & Audit all demands of what nature
or kind so ever made on this County previous to the
payment thereof being laid before the Court Vizt-
