Mr. Leroux stated what was done at the lent Court
respecting the Appointment of the Select Committee and
proposed to the Court to do what should be necessary
for Carrying into Execution the intended building for House of Correction for this Countywithout
as an Archited without fee a Reward-Moved by Mr
LerouxBleamorethat the above Proposal be accepted

Moved by Mr Mountague that the
Resolution of the made on the County day of the last Sessn.
viz.

be Rescinded-Seconded byMr.Dr. Mayo-Carrd.
in the Negative8 for it-13 agt it

Moved that the following Resolution
made in Sepr Sess. 1784
be Rescinded

Mr Leroux having signified his readiness to join
the Select Commee, informed the Court that he was
desirous that the Resolution of Septr. Session
1784 appointing him surveyor of the intended House
of Correction may from this time case the
same is Ordered accordingly.
