To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the peace for the said County now Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Finchley in the said
County.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an order or pass Warrant
under the Hands and Seals of the Heaviside and
N. Conant Esquires Two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace in and for the said County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing Date the
Day of December last Mary
Simson
< no role > was removed and Conveyed from and
out of the parish of Edmonton in the said County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of Finchley in the
said County as the place of her last legal
Settlement, whereby your petitioners conceive
themselves to be aggrieved-

Your Petitioners therefore humbly-
pray that the Benefit of their said
Appeal may be reserved to them and
that a Day may be appointed in the
next General Session of the peace to be
holden for the said County for hearing
and determining the said Appeal and
that the Church wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the said parish of Edmonton
be then and there required to attend to
hear and Abide the Judgement and
Determination of the Clerk touching the
said Appeal-

And your Petitioners as in Duty
