or incorrigible Rogue, or for any Order or Warrant for the putting or taking
any such Rogue, Vagabond, or incorrigible Rogue on board any Ship or Ves-
sel, or for any other Order, Commitment, or Proceeding relating to any such
Rogue, Vagabond, or incorrigible Rogue; AND that no Allowance shall be
made to the Clerk of the Peace for recording any Pass for the Conveyance of
any such Rogue, Vagabond, or incorrigible Rogue, or any Duplicate thereof
AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by this Court, that the Clerk of
the Peace for the the said County shall, at the public Expence of the said County,
cause blank Passes for conveying of Rogues and Vagabonds, and Certificates
for ascertaining in what Manner they are to be printed and delivered to such
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County as shall require the
same. AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by this Court, that the several
Rates or Sums of Money herein after-mentioned shall be and hereby are ap-
pointed to be allowed by the several Justices of the Peace in the said County
of CHESTER to the respective Constables and Masters of the Several Houses
of Correction in the said County, for passing, conveying, and maintaining
of Rogues, Vagabonds, and incorrigible Rogues, pursuant to the Statute in
that Case made and provided; that is to say,

For the Trouble and Expence of the Constable or
Master of the House of Correction in convey-
ing any one Rogue, Vagabond, or incorrigible
Rogue on Foot (where the Justice or Justices
shall adjudge such Rogue, vagabond, or incor-
rigible Rogue able to travel on Foot) from the
Place where such Rogue, Vagabond, or inco-
rigible Rogue shall be apprehended or received
to the Place appointed for the Delivery of such
Rogue, Vagabond, or incorrigible Rogue,}
Any Sum of Money not exceeding
Three-pence for every computed
Mile.

tice or Justices shall adjudge them able to tra-
vel on Foot and who shall be passed at one and
the same Time, and are to be delivered at one
and the same Place, and whether they shall be
sent by one or more Passes, orders or Certifi-
cates) from the Place where they shall be ap-
prehended or received to the Place where they
are to be delivered,}
