Read the Proceedings of the Several Sessions holden for this County in
the Year 1740, 1741, 1742 upon this Subject.
Resolved it appears to this Committee that the Assessment upon the
Towe Liberty
in this County hath constantly been made and demanded
but that it hath never been paid and that the Inhabitants thereof still
neglect and refuse to pay the same.
Resolved that the further consideration of this Business be
adjourned till the next meeting of this Committee.
Adjourned to Saturday the 22d. day of April next
same place and hour.
