Parish of Bambury
in the county of Oxford
Sheweth
That by an order of Removal under the Hands and Seals of

two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and ford the
said County of Middlesex
bearing date the twenty seventh day of March last

deceased
and her two Children lawfull Issue namely

aged
six Years and
Jane< no role >
aged two Years were removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch
in the said County of Middlesex
to the Parish of Banbury
as the
Place of their last legal Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved and Appeal against the same
Your Petitioners therefore Pray that your worships will
be pleased to appoint a Day in this present Sessions to
hear and determine the Appeal and order the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch
and all Persons concerned to attend
the Court to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination thereof
