I do hereby give you notice that the appeal against
an Order of William gascoigne< no role > and Thos. Croft< no role > Esquires two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the said County of
Middlesex for and concerning the Removal of Pryce Devereux
Prosser< no role > Frances< no role > his Wife and their two Children to the parish
of Saint Mary Aldermary in London will not to tried at
the Present [..] General Quarter Session of the peace for the said County of
Middlesex but that the same will be further Adjourned on
Account of not being able to produce the said Pryce Devereux
