Saith That he then obtained a Warrant upon such Ind [..]
in Order to have apprehended the Prisoners thereon but upon
Enquiry this Deponent finds That they have left their last
Place of abode and are not now to be found And this
Deponent lastly Saith That his not attending to Prosecute
the Prisoners in January Session was for the reasons aforsd.
and not otherwise and not out of Contempt to this Honourable
Court Nor out. of any favor or affection to the Prisoners
And therefore this Deponent humbly prays the Court to
Order his Recognizance to be Respited
