Sessions-House , Clerkenwell-Green ,

You were bound for the Appearance of John Marrow< no role >
at December
Session last at the Sessions-House for the said County, who
not appearing, your Recognizance is become forfeited; and
will be Estreated into the Court of Exchequer , from whence
Execution will proceed for the levying £40
Pounds on your Goods and Chattels ; unless Care be taken
to stop Proceedings, by an Application for a Respite at the
next Session, which will begin at the Sessions-House aforesaid
on Tuesday the 25th Day of April next.

Be there at Three o' Clock ; and
bring this Letter with you.}
