At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Lord the King holden in and for the County of Middlesex at the Sessions house for the said County
on Monday in the Week next after the feast of the Epiphany (to wit) the Tenth day of January in the Twenty fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
[..] George the third King of Great Britain Etc Before William Mainwaring< no role > Thomas Brooksbank< no role > , Thomas Cogan< no role > Nathaniel Conant< no role > Esquires
and others their fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine
divers Felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanours committed in the same County and from thence continued by several Adjournments
until this day to wit Thursday the thirteenth day of the same Month of January at the hour of nine in the forenoon of the same day and that at the
[..] Session of the peace being holden by adjournment aforesaid at the Session house aforesaid in and for the said County on the said Thursday the thirteenth day of January
[..] Year aforesaid before the said Justices of our said Lord the King above named and others their fellows aforesaid.

Parish of Sunbury in the said County of Middlesex Did [..] General session of the Peace holden for the said County Exhibit their Petition
Order the Hands and Seals of Robert Taylor< no role > and John Beansfather< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Ann wilkinson< no role > Widow of George Wilkinson< no role > a Coachman deceased and her two Children namely Thomas< no role > aged near Three Years and George< no role > aged
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Sunbury to the place of their last legal settlement where by the Petitioners conceived themselves
upon hearing the said Appeal and what hath been alledged by the respective Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said Parish their
[..] and Father of the Pauper lived before his Marriage two Years Yearly Servant with the Earl of Pomfret at Sanbury and then removed with
said Park the Earl was Ranger and Continued his Service at the said Lodge Ten Weeks and was then Married to the Pauper who was at the same time
aged from their said service that they were Married in the Parish Church of New Windsor and are described in the Register of Marriages as Inhabitants
[..] been Rated to the Relief of the poor of the said Parish of New Windsor nor has any part of the Castle Lodge or Park ever been charged in any Parish
and also 31 Acres of improved Land (the latter about the Value of £26 per Annum) both lying between the Castle and the River Thames Were
of New Windsor having there by lost the advantage of Rating the said 31 Acres of improved Land and of Commonage such as Pasturage of Cattle
a Compensation for such loss and accordingly obtained Grants from the Crown to the Mayor of the Corporation and Churchwardens of the Parish for the
annum is received by the Mayor for the use of the Corporation and £100 per Annum is received by the Church wardens and applied by them in aid of
lay on the North Side of the Castle between the Park Wall and the River Thames and the said Lodge is on the South East Side of the Costle
New Windsor perambulate the Bounds of their Parish they go entirely round and encompass on every Side the our Castle Lodge and Park
of the Premises doth dismiss the said Appeal and doth confirm the Order of the said two Justices and the [..] hereby discussed [..]
