It is Ordered that the hearing and determining the matter of an Appeal between the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary Lambeth

of Surrey
Appellants and the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex

duly adjourned unto this day Do stand further adjourned until the next General Session
of the Peace to be holden for the said County and on Notice hereof in the mean time to be
given unto the Church wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch
they and all persons concerned do attend the Court at the Session
House aforesaid on Thursday the fifteenth day of December next at the hour of nine
in the forenoon of the same day to hear and abide the judgment and determination of
the said Court touching the said Appeal.
