in the County of Middlesex
unto us whose Names
are here unto set, and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace
in and for the said County of Middlesex
and one of us of the Quorum, that

about two years and an half born in Brown low Street lying in
Hospital

in the Middlesex lying in Hospital
in the Parish of Saint Mary le bone
in the said County of Middlesex
did lately come to inhabit in the said Parish of
Kensington
not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor
produced any Certificate owning themselves to be settled else-
where, and that the said

are likely to be chargeable to the said
Parish of Kensington
We the said
Justices upon due Proof made there of, as well upon the Examination
of the said
Martha Goldsmith< no role >
upon Oath,
as otherwise, and like wise upon due Consideration had of the Premises,
do adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge, that the
lawful Settlement of them the said
Martha Goldsmith< no role >
and her said two Bastard Children
is in the said Parish of St. Mary Magdalin
in the said
City of London
We do therefore
require you the said Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
one of you, to convey the said
Martha Goldsmith< no role >
and her said Two Bastard Children
from and out of your said Parish of Kensington
to the said Parish of St. Mary Magdalin
and them
to deliver to the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or
to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
there of. And we do also hereby require you the said Church Wardens
to receive and provide for them as Inhabitant of your
said Parish Given under our Hands and Seals the 2d
Day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand
