Take Notice that I intend personally to be and appear
at the next Session of Oyer and Terminer to be holden at the
Session House at Clerkenwell in and for the County of Middlesex
by Adjournment on Tuesday the Eighteenth day of October instant and then
and there try my Traverse upon the Indictment you have
preferred against me for assaulting you and to which I
have already pleaded Not Guilty Dated this 10th.. day
of October 1785.
