It is Resolved That the Consideration of the said last
mentioned Report be postponed

Order for paving
the Street round
the Sessn. House}

Resolved Unanimously That The Ground on the
west North & South Sides of the Sessn House be inclosed
with an Iron railing as mentioned in the said Report
and that Mr Lerous be desired to form a particular of
the Work and an Estimate of the Expence thereof.

Resolved That an Advertisemt. be inserted in the
Daily Advertiser for proposals for carrying the work
into Execution and that the Estimates for executing the same
be delivered in at the Office of The Clerk of the peace
for this County on or before Thursday next at 12 oCl at
Noon

It having been intimated to the Court by Mr Bootle
that the Trustees of Lord Northampton intended to
insist on their Title to the Ground in the Front of the
Sessn. House for this County and to convert the same to
their own lye by exercising Acts of Ownership unless
some Acknowledgmt. he made on acct. thereof by
this County.
