AnApplication being made unto this Court byfromMrs. Gibbs (late Mrs. Harwood the
Widow of Thomas Harwood< no role > late Tenant of the Tap at the House of
Correction at Clerkenwell ) praying an allowance for certain Fixtures at the said Tap house
which had been purchasedat the said Tap Houseby the said Thos Harwood< no role > and was
heretofore on laid at £30. and the orders of Court in September
Session17 being called for and read whereby as appears
that after the decease of the said Thomas Harwood< no role > , the said
Mr Gibbs (then Mrs. Harwood) had in consequence of the
said Tap being .let to her at £15 a year agreed to withdraw
her claim to the said fixtures. Resolved that Mrs. Gibbs hath
no right or claim to
