Appeal Sets forth That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of John Barnfather< no role > and John Wright< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Majestys Justices of
the Peace in and for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twenty fifth day of November now last Past Mercutio Hill< no role > was removed and Conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint Mary le bone in the said County of Middlesex to the said
Parish of Saint George as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Mercutio Hill
Whereby the Appellants Conceived themselves Aggrieved

Case

The Pauper was Bound out an Apprentice from the Respondents Parish td as
Gunner of a Man of Warr went down with him td Deptford & remained
th [..] a few Days & went td sea where his Master Dyed

On the Boys return Home he went to his Master Midas who
gave him his [..] told him to Get his an Bread the
Boy a [..] came Be [..] ed & formed td his Mistress's House
but never remained with her as a Servant or Apprentice in the
Appellants Parish

This Witness is the Widow of the
paupers Master & will prove the Facts
