At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of one Lord the King for
the County of Middlesex held at the Sessions House on Clerkenwell
Green in the said County on Monday the Sixth day of December in
the twenty fifth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
king of Great Britain Etc:

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Giles in the fields in the County of middlesex have notice
of this Petition and Appeal and that they do attend this Court at the Sessions
House on Clerkenwell Green in the sd County of Thursday the ninth day
of the Instant December at Nine o' Clock in the forenoon of the same
day of hear and abide the Judgement & determination of the said Court
touching the said Petition
