The humble & Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Mary Abchurch London

Sheweth

That by Warrant or Order of Removal bearing date the
Eighth day of October instant under the hands and Seals of Wm
Quarrill< no role > Esqr. and John Maptes< no role > Esquire two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the Liberty of his Majesties Tower of
London and County of Middlesex Mary Franklin< no role > the Wife of
Thomas Franklin< no role > a Mariner now Abroad beyond the Sear was
removed from the Parish of Trinity in the Minories in the
Liberty of his Majesties Tower of London and in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Mary Abchurch in
London as the place of her last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners find themselves Aggrieved by the
said Order a Warrant of Removal and humbly Appeal against the
Same.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray that you
will be pleased to Order the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the said Parish of Trinity in the
Minories in the Liberty of his Majesties Tower of
London and in the County of Middlesex and all
other persons Concerned to attend this Court this
Sessions and to hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court touching
the premisses And that your Petitioners may
have such relief therein as to Justice and Law
doth Appertain

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
