Justices of the peace for the County of Middlx
in their General Quarter Session of the
Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Sunbury in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth that by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands &
Seals of Thomas Brooksbank< no role > and John Brettell< no role > Esquires two of his
Majestys Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty sixth day of February last past
George Wilkinson< no role > a Lunatick , ann< no role > his Wife & Thomas< no role > their Child aged
two years were removed and conveyed from the parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn above the Bars in the County of Middlesex unto the said Parish of
[..] as the place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petitioners concieving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices Do appeal to your
Worships therefrom and humbly pray that you will please to hear them
in the Premisses and Order that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Bars may appear
before you on a certain day to be appointed to hear and abide the Judgment &
determination of your Worships touching this appeal
