To the Worshipfull his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
at their adjourned Quarter Session of the
peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Botolph without Bishopsgate
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by in Order or Pass Warrant under the hands &
Seals of [..] Walker & Sam Foyster< no role > Esquire two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
[..] whereof being of the Quorum (bearing date the third
day of April Instant Ann< no role > Aged three Months or thereabouts
the Illigitimate Child of Ann Hodgetts< no role > Single Woman was
Removed and conveyed from out of the Parish of Saint Pancras
in the said County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint
Botolph without Bishopsgate in the City of London aforesaid
was the place of the last legal Settlement of the said Ann
whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Pray your Worships to Appoint a Day
in this present Session to hear and
determine their said Appeal
