The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Paul Shadwell in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
[..] Seals of Robert Davis< no role > and Robert Smith< no role > two of his
[..] Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the said County of
Middlesex one whereof even of the Quorum bearing Date the 31st. Day of
[..] Elizabeth Rowland< no role > the illegitimate Daughter of Richard Rowland< no role >
[..] Elizabeth Gardner< no role > Aged about twenty years was removed and Conveyed
[..] and out of the Parish of saint John of Wapping in the County of Middlesex
[..] said parish of Saint Paul Shadwell as the Place of the last legal
[..] the said Elizabeth Rowland< no role > .

Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the Adjudication of the said
two Justices and therefore Humbly Appeal
to this Court against the same And Pray
your Worships will appoint a day in this
Present Session for the hearing and
determining of the said Appeal
