The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of West Drayton in the said
County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under
the Hands one Seals of Henry Lambe< no role > and Thomas Gilbert< no role >
of [..] her of His Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
[..] one being of the Quorum bearing date the 22d day of
[..] last Ann Youd< no role > Singlewomen was removed and
[..] from and out of the Parish of Fulham in the said
county to the said Parish of West Drayton in the said
[..] as the place of her last legal Settlement whereby Your
[..] themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal
to this Honourable Court against the said
Order of the said two Justices and pray
that a day may be appointed for the hearing
thereof and that all persons concerned
may be Ordered to attend at that time
