Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order
[..] the Hands and pass of William Hyde< no role > and Thomas Bullard< no role > two of
[..] Majesties Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the said County of
[..] one whereof being of the Quorum bearing date the 19 Day of March
[..] John Thompson and Sarah< no role > his Child by Ann< no role > his late Wife deceased
[..] removed and Countyed from and out of the Parish of
[..] in the Liberty of Westminster in the said
[..] Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell as the Place
[..] Aged Settlement of the said John Thompson< no role > and his said Child

two Justices and therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court Against the same
And Pray your worships will appoint a

hearing and determining of the said
