named in the annexed Pass Warrant, apprehended
by the Beadle and brought
before me, one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex .

Who upon Oath saith, That Some time ago he was hired & lived as a hired
Servant at Certain Wages by & with Joseph Henry Norris< no role > in the Parish of
Festoll near Oxford in the County of oxford Miller & Continued in Such
Service under such hiring for the Space of a year & has not Since
done an Act to gain a subsequent Settlement
