Chairman & the rest of His Majesty's Justices of the peace for
the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the peace
Assembled

The Humble petition & Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
[..] of the parish of Saint Mary White Chapel in the said County

That by virtue of a pass Warrant or Order under the
[..] Seals of Sir George Booth< no role > Baronet & William Blackborow< no role > Esqr . two of His
[..] Justices of the peace in & for said County one whereof being of the
[..] bearing date the 26th day of January 1784 John Ford< no role > Aged about 12 years
[..] & Conveyed from & out of the parish of Saint Sepulchre in the said
[..] Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Mary White Chapel as the place
settlement of the said John Ford< no role >

Your petitioners conceiving themselves to be
aggrieved by the said Order or pass Warrant humbly
Appeal against the same to your Worships & pray
relief in the premises & that a day in this present
Session may be appointed for the hearing &
Determining the said Appeal
