Middlesex


To wit. To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman, and other
Officerof the Peace of the Parish of St. Botoloph without
Aldgate in the sd County & to the Contractor employ for Pass Rognes & Vagabonds
within the said County etc All othrs Officers to receive & Convey and to all other
Officers of the Peace whom these may concern, to receive and obey.
WHEREAS Thomas Lewin< no role > was
apprehended in the Said Parish of St. Botolph witht Aldgate
as a Rogue and Vagabond (Videlicet) Wandering abroad & begging there
and upon Examination of the said Thomas Lewin< no role >
taken before me in Writing and upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that his lawful Settlement
is in the Kingdom of Ireland

These are therefore to require you the said Constable or other Officer
to convey the said [..]
to the house of wered will nt Clerekenwell
to the Parish of Ridge in the County of [..] that being the first
Parish in the next Precinct, throuh which he ought to pass in the
direct Way to the said Kingdom of Ireland to which
Kingdom he is to be sent, and to deliver to him the Constables or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with this
Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said Thomas Lewin< no role >
taking his Receipt for the same. And the said Thomas Lewin< no role >
is to be thence conveyed on in like Manner,
until he shall arrive in the County of Chester and you the said
Constable or other Officer last mentioned is hereby required to apply to some
Justice of the Peace in the said County of Chester and you the said
Constable or other Officer last mentioned is hereby required to apply to some
Justice of the Peace in the said County of Chester for a Warrant
to the Master of any Ship or Vessel bound for Ireland that
shall lie in the said County of Chesterto take on board the same
the said Thomas Lewin< no role > as such Ship or Vessel shall be bound to,
or shall arrive at in Ireland Given under my Hand and Seal this
Sixth Day of February in the Year of our Lord 1784
