To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Wrexham
in the County of Denbigh

Sheweth


That by virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the
Hands and Seals of Paul Pechell< no role > and D Wilmot Esquires two of
his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof
beeing of the Quorum) bearing date the Twelfthday of January last
Robert Simon< no role > Charity< no role > his wife and their children vizt. William< no role > about 12 years Thomasin< no role > aged about Eleven Years Sarah< no role > aged about Eight Years Mary< no role > aged about five Years and Philip< no role > aged about six months were Removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of
Edmonton in the County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Wrexham in
the County of Denbigh as the place of their last legal Settlement that Your
Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by the said Order of Removal and
humbly Appeal to Your Worships against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray
that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
some day in this present Session for the hearing
and determining this their Petition and Appeal
and to make an Order for the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Edmonton
and all persons concerned to attend to hear and
abide the Judgment and determination of the
Court upon the said Appeal

And Your Petitioners will Ever Pray Etc
