To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles
in the Fields in the said County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of Edmund Pepys< no role > and Samuel Foyster< no role >
Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for
the said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twenty fourth day of January last. Mary Ann< no role >
(called in the said Order a female Bastard child of Sarah
Mansfields
< no role > ) aged near four Years was Removed and
conveyed from and out of the Parish of St. Pancras in
the said County to the said Parish of St Giles in the Fields
as the Place of the last legal Settlement of her the said
Mary Ann< no role > whereby your Petitioners are, as they conceive
aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the Adjudication
of the said two Justices and their said Order
And pray that Your Worships will be
pleased to appoint a day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining
their said Appeal

And Your Petrs will Pray Etc
