Resolved that General Statement of the Receipts
and Disbursements and Unsatisfied demands under the said act of Parliament be formed
and laid before His Majestys Justices of the peace for this County in
their next Session Assembled

Resolved that the Commissions having built filled
up and finished the said building in as Complete a manner as their
funds would permit do Surrender into the Hands of His Majestys
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex the said Building
and that all Books Accounts Plans and Drawings and other Papers
and Writings relating to the Execution of this Act be by the Clerk
deposited with the Clerk of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
to be kept among the Records of the said County
