before me, one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex .

Who upon Oath saith, That her hus [..] am James Clement< no role > is lately gone
away from her to Places in Known & hath lake her wholy desti [..] tute of Support
& Maintenance That he hath informed her & which she believes to be true that
he was duly bound to & Sa [..] ed the whole of his Apprentice Ship with one Joseph th [..]
Lewis< no role > a Waterma in the Parish of Dart ford in the County of Rent & has not
Since done any Act to gain [..] Settlement else [..] here That She hath a Child named
Sarah Clement< no role > Aged Six Months the lawful I Sone [..] this Depon by here
husband to whom She we [..] law fully marred.
