We when names an under willie being Protestant Dissenb [..] from
the Church of England do hereby Signify to the Justices of the
Peace at the General Quarter Session In the Peace holden for the
County of Middlesex that a House in the Parish of Stepney
known by the name of the Grose House Mile End in the Occ-
-pation of the Recd. Stephen Addington< no role > in the said County is
intended to be a place of omiting for Religious Worship
of Protestant Disse [..] the Chruch of England and
we do hereby require the Clerk of the Peace to register the
same pursuant to the Statute in such cases made & provided
dated this 20th day of April in the year of our Lord 1783.
