for being Concerned in keeping an E.O
Table.

That in Decr. last Deft was taken into Custody on an Information
for the above offence.

That Bishop Camplin< no role > of Tottenham Court Road Coachmaker
and Edward Myers< no role > of King Street Golden Square Tallow
Chandler became Suretys for the Defts. Appearing to take
his Trial before St. Sampson wright< no role > .

That in Janry last the above Bail Surrendered
Deft in Discharge of their Bail and he Deft took his
Trial in Janry or Febry Sessions at Hicks's Hall
and Sentenced a Fortnight's Imprisonment which
he Suffered

That the Bill employed as they thot. a proper person
to discharge the Recognizance and paid Money Sufficient
for that purpose but it seems they have been deceived

Therefore please to move that the
Recognizance so Entreated into by the
said Bail may be Discharged.
