the Court made an Order & to EstreattheDefts
Recognizance and she and her Bail have had
Notice of the same, as this Mre was Absolutely
Settled betwixt the parties before the Order of
Estreat was made, youl please to move that the
same may be Reversed aha that Defts. Recognizance
may be Discharged without Costs

The last Session you moved that Deft might
be at Liberty to Retract her plea of
Not Guilty, & plead Guilty on the Genl.
