Sheweth.
That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the hands and

two of his Majesty's Justices
of the peace
for the County of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing Date the Nineteenth Day of August one thousand seven hundred
and eighty two
Mary Blake< no role >
a Child aged about Twelve Years and eight
Months was removed from and out of the parish of Saint Botolph without
Aldgate
in the County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Low Layton
in
the County of Essex
as the place of her last legal Settlement whereby
Your Petitioners apprehend themselves to be aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly appeal against the
said order or pass Warrant and pray that your Worship
will be pleased to appoint a Day in this present Session
for the hearing and determining thereof And that your
Petitioners may have such other Relief in the premises
as to Your Worships shall seem meet.

It is Ordered that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of Saint Botolph without Aldgate
in the County of Middlesex
have Noticed
of this Appeal and that they and all persons concerned do attend this Court
on Thursday the 12th. Day of September instant to hear and abide the
Judgment and Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal.
