Middlesex


At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justice hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of London
on Wednesday the 9th day of January 1782.

Whereas John Twiner< no role > hath
at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of Robert
Roberts
< no role > and Henry Tranter< no role > , Gilbert Ross< no role > & Michael
Wisely
< no role > having prayed to be allowed for their expences
and loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court think
reasonable It is therefore ordered that the Treasurer of this County
do forthwith pay to the said Henry, Gilbert & Michael the
Sum of shillings & 6d. each.
