To the Worshipful his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middlesex in their General Quarter
Session of the Peace assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St: James within
the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an order of Removed under the hands
and Seals of [..] D: Wilmot and J: Ponleuge Esquire two of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the County of
Middlesex bearing date the Twenty sixth day of December
last whereby Margaret Frammingham< no role > Wife of James
Frammingham
< no role > (who is above) and her two Children names
Ann< no role > aged Five years and upwards and James< no role > aged two
years, were removed and conveyed from & out of the
Parish of St: Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of St: James Westminster
as the place of their last legal Settlement whereby you
Petitioners think themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore appeal against the Sd.
order and Pray that your Worships would appoint
some day in the present Session for the Churchwardens
and overseers of th Poor of the Said Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch to appear before you to hear &
abide the Judgement and Determination of their
Court touching this Appeal.
