the prevention of irregularity and would otherwise be of use were a
certain number of his Majestys Justices of the peace to visit the
Prisons belonging to this County once a week at least and Examine
into the state of the said Prisons and the Conduct of the Officers &
Ministers thereto belonging and Report the State there of to the next
Sessions

Resolved that it be recommended to his Majestys
Justices of the Peace at the next Session to nominate and depute a
certain number of Justices of the Peace to visit the Prisons belong g
to this County weekly or officer and to Examine into the State
thereof and also into the Conduct of the Officers and Ministers
thereto belonging and to report for State thereof to the next Session
and that it be recommended to the said Justices or any three of
them to execute the said duty in Rotation

Resolved that the Clerk do Collect into one
View all the Rules and Orders or other Regulations suggested by
this Committee and Confirmed by the Court for the government
of the respective Prisons belonging to this County and the Prisoners
therein being and that he do lay the same before this Committee

Adjourned to Wednesday the fourth
day of April next same place and hour
