Resolved that a representation of the present
alaming that of new Prison be forthwith formed
and presented to his Majesty's Justices
assignedof gaol electing of newgate in
their present session assembled; [..] His
Majestys Principal substances of state of
the Northern and southernd penitments and
also to the Court of the Lord Mayor and ( [..] Hammon
of the City of London

The subsequent Representation being laid before
the Court and the same being read and approved
