Resolution respecting [..] Mr Newparts Petition the
same as before (if that was referred to the Commers)

The Court being given to understand as well from the
report of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace who will
the Gaols of Newprison and Clerkenwell Bridewell
as [..] by the information of the Sleeper of New
Prison that [..] the [..] prisoners confirmed
in the said gaol of New prison and particularly [..] are then intitute accounts [..] who
[..] loayed there by the sheriff of this County or his
offices for security [..] an with the greatest difficulty
over with the assistance of very strong anciliary
guardthat the presented from making a great a

be governed without the most persive each ins
