Whereasin the monthat the General Quarter
Session of the peace holden in & for this County in
the month of July 1774 each person whose
name in here under mentionedcan appointd
Surveyor or Supervisor of to be during the
will and [..] pursuant in the observation
contained in and Act of Parliament made
and passed in the 14 the Year of the Reign
of his present Majesty's Intitled and
was usually appointed to be during the will and
p [..] of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex in the
Quarter Session assembled in Surveyor or
Supervisor to be the Rules and Regulations
contained and mentioned in the said Act
of Pt. well and duly charged in and
throughout the respection district sit against
the name ofsuchSurveyor or Supervisor
And whereas it is of Impertance to the Inhabitants
within the said district that the said Rules &
