I John Doe< no role > Greeting: We command you, and every one of you, that all other Business and Excuses whatsoever ceasing, you appear in
your proper Persons before our Justices assigned to keep our Peace in the County of Middlesex , and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanours committed
in the same County, at Hicks-Hall , in St. John-Street , in the said County, on Thursday the fourteenth Day of September next at the Hour of Eight, in
the Forenoon of th same Day, to testify the Truth, and give Evidence on an appeal between theparish of Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden
[..] and Ely Rents Appellants and the parish of Saint Botolph without Aldgate in Respondents in behalf of the respondents
And this none of you are to omit under the Penalty of One Hundred Pounds, to the levied; Etc. Witness Sir JOHN HAWKINS< no role > , Knt . at Hicks-Hall
aforesaid, the first Day of July in the twentieth Year of our Reign.
