To the Treasurer of the said Liberty

I whose name is hereunto Subscribed being one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said Liberty do hereby Certify that the
above named John Holt< no role > hath this day made Oath before me
of the Expenditure of the above Sum of four pounds eleven
shillings for the purpose above mentioned and I do hereby
order you to Repay the same unto the said John Holt< no role > or his
order forthwith As Witness my hand this 5th. day of April 1780.
