That the Petitioner hath been called upon to pay such rate [..]
been threatened with a Distress for nonpayment thereof That the Petitioner
conceives such rate to be exorbitant and made to discharge the expences ofseveral [..]
suits between the said Parish and several other persons previous to the Petition [..]
commencing Tenant of the said Tarn and Premises as aforesaid Whereby the
