To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , within the
Liberty of Westminster , in the County of Middlesex ;
and to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Anne within the
Liberty and County aforesaid and
to each and every of them:

W WEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace ,
in and for the City and Liberty aforesaid (One
whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Mar-
tin in the Fields, That Susannah Vanno< no role >
Widow of Peter Vanno< no role > Deceased
and Their two Children to wit
Peter< no role > aged five Years and upwards
and John James< no role > aged two years
and upward have lately intruded and
came into the said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields ,
and we likely to become Chargeable to the same;
We the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place to the
last legal Settlement of the said Susannah
Vanne and her said two Children
to be in the Parish of St. Anne
within the Liberty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore, in His Majesty's Name,
to requre you, the said Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said
Susannah Vanno and her said
two Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields , to the said Parish of St. Anne

and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our Hands
and Seals, this Eighth Day of April 17 80
