WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto us, two of
His MAJEITY'S Justices of the Peace in and for the
county of MIDDLESEX (one where of being of the
Quorum) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of
be Poor of the Parish of St. Luke , in the said County That
Catherine Pitman< no role > Widow of John
Pitman
< no role > Deceased and her Child
named Catherine< no role > aged about two
years have
lately come into the said Parish endrearing to Settle [..]
convey is Law. And is appeared unto us the said Justices
and do adjuges has they are meet so become charge
able together Parish and upon Examination of the said
Catherine Pitmantaken upon [..]
it futher appearth unto us, and on do the wise adrdge that
the Parish of Saint [..] street is the
City it london
in the Place of the left legal Settlement of the said Catherine
Pitman and her said Child

These are therefore in his MAJESTY'S Name to charge and
Command the church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Luke Further to remove and convey the said
Catherine Pitman< no role > and her said Child
from the said Parish of St. Luke to the said Parish of
Saint Stephen Coleman street and [..] them the
Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there ar to [..]
or one of them unto are hereby required to provide for them
according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Stains
the 22 Day of December 1779

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers

of St. Luke in the County of MID
DLESEX and Saint Stophen
