the County of Middlesex at their General Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Churchwarden
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of
P: Rowlands and N: Blackmore Esqrs . Two of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace in and for the said County (One Whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing date the 17th. day of September last Sarah Duke< no role >
was removed and Conveyed from and out of the Parish of Saint
George in the County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Clement
Danes in the said County as the Place of the last legal Settlement of
the said Sarah Duke< no role > whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be Aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal to
this Court against the Adjudication and Order
of the said Two Justices and that the benefit of
the said Appeal may be saved unto them and
the hearing and determining thereof be
Adjourned until the next General Session of
the Peace to be held for the said County

And Your Petitioners will ever Pray Etc.
